I agree that if they see Elmer around on other projects the long term negotiation rules applies but if they want to emphasis on this simple ''sale'' only , then a win-lose negotiation will prevail, same style as when you negotiate a car with a dealer you wont see ever again... I hope they value Elmer as they should this way we could maximize the negos... Just my two cents...
