web, I appreciate all that. But I suspect it would be deferred to CUU 2 to tackle those issues.

Let's say CUU gets say an offer of $4 a share. All management has to do is to distribute say $3.95 to the current CUU SH's and issue say 1 share of CUU 2 share for every 10 CUU shares. CUU 2 would also get Sombrero and whatever cash is left from CUU.

CUU 2 and its shareholders and directors then would proceed with whatever it wants to do with Sombrero.

All I'm saying is Sombrero only cost the current shareholders less than 1 cent per share and should not be a big deal.
