I wouldn't jump to that conclusion!

Just because CUU bought some US assets does not dictate that it will be paid out in cash and not TCK shares.; those two things are quite independent of each other.

I doubt we would find out in the AGM; we would find out when TCK makes the offer; it's more TCK's decision and not so much CUU's.

I'll take either, if the dollar equivalent is good! JMO GLTA!
