Welcome to my world Spitfire ! But If Tech Backs in @ 75% , then from what I have read from all the good posters here and other studies , it should be a better scenario for us . I'm thinking that we would be able to sell to a hire bidder . I would hope . I believe that Vette would agree with me on this . :)
