I was thinking about the 120 day timeline for Teck to make a decision on backing-in after the BFS is released but I am not what actually constitutes the start of the 120 day decision clock.
If Teck reviews all CUU NRs prior to be released, would this be considered the start of the 120 days (i.e. when Teck first sees the information)?
Or is it when the information is made public (i.e. disseminated by a news release)?
Or lastly, is it when the full report is posted on Sedar up to 45 days later?
I know a lot of people believe that Teck will not wait for CUU to release the BFS to the public so this may well be a completely moot point but I was just giving it some thought while I couldn't sleep last night.
