It hasn't been confirmed but my guess is yes. The blackout is related to the BFS. Wants that is released publically then the blackout will be lifted. Granted, it could be related to discussions with Teck but right now, my assumption is that it relates to the feasibility study.

Seriously though, I can't get over the fact of all the signs pointing towards some big fireworks in the near future. Just recently we have:

- Teck's 6 billion dollar prospectus

- CUU buying new properties

- Teck perhaps slowing down QB

- New investor presentation with the -4 cents. Of course this is a signal! Why else would they put this in if they had no clue where they stood with respect to the BFS.

This is all in the past week or two.
