I feel silly picking a date like this but WTH....I'll say Sep 9th (my son was born that date)

As for the amount...I'll be logical and use Quellaveco as a base case.

They got $900 million for 18% of 1 Billion Tonnes (They are in Peru with big water issues)

$2.1924 Billion for 24% of 1.8 Billion tonnes

That gives us a price of: $5.38

To that number you must add some value for us being in Canada, No Enviro issues, Teck 400% expenditures, NSR and Liard shares, Mess Creek, 4 year clause, Indirect Interest (control) and of course some money for our DISTRICT !!!

So I'll be very very very concervative and say $7
