I have a gut feeling that FS is done.

They are in talks with Teck about SC. Teck is going to buy 100% of SC @ a set price.

CUU would remain and continue that new property.

I much prefer a Teck buyout. But in order to justify the premium paid for CUU shares just because of the back in option agreement, Teck would have to buy 100% of SC and show that it's buying property over buying a company.
