Sure Teck may offer cash, stock, stock option, or a combination of all those. But if we can convert the whole mountain full of minerals, to be extracted over the next 30 or more years, with future mineral prices and future costs, etc. into today's dollar value (that's basically what the NPV calculation is attempting to do); surely we can convert any Teck offer into dollar equivalent. No?
