Teck has to arrange the financing for both Copper Fox and their own share if they opt for 75% earn-back. Our share of the financing will be paid back by the eventual profits. If Teck chooses that option then we don't need to do anything further but run the project until Teck has spent sufficient funds to earn their share and get the mine into production within 4 years.

There could be a deal that we can't imagine right now, but I don't think it will be worse than the one we have now.
