so, CAPEX is 4billion let's say (high side)....Teck spends the first $400 million (4xcf), then arranges financing, 75 / 25 on the remaining 3.6 billion. That leaves cf on the line for 900 million or so....
Foxfan...come on !!!?
''In the event Teck elects to earn-back a 75% working interest in the Schaft Creek Project, Teck will be responsible for arranging Copper Fox's share of project financing and will recover the project financing funds from Copper Fox's share of metal sales until payout is reached. ''
Oh and just in case:
* Teck must also transfer the indirect interest (liard voting shares) to CUU upon Feasibility release
* Teck also has 4 years max to bring Schaft Creek into production
* Teck must earn it's interest 1st
