Is it June 29th again? I am just kidding. You are obviously free to do what you please. I don't want to speak on behalf of the board but I think we (well I for one!) would appreciate you letting us know that you have sold your position so that you give up you Hub Leader status. I am not sure if there is a requirement to be a shareholder in order to be a hub leader but I imagine it would be in the best interest for you and the board to no longer hold that position. IMHO.
