It is only starting to be "mid-summer". It's a bit early to start calling the BFS delayed when the stated window for delivery ends in September.

I don't think anything points to BFS being delayed - at all. None of this years drilling or Titan or magnetics have anything to do with the BFS. At most they might have to poke a hole or so to confirm waste dump areas are good to go. What am I missing?
