Its better they went with Wardrop / Tetra tech as its a massive company and bad publicity hurts them more then the smaller guys that run a 5 guy shop with "competitive prices" Tetra cant afford to burn themselves again. You also dont know what teck is telling CUU to keep of the table... You actually dont know anything thats going on in the back around since you dont work with their management team.... so you should clearly note that you are assuming in all your posts instead of making yourself seem like you are a know all...
