The one theme I'm seeing quite clearly in the AGM reports is that Elmer appears to be very relaxed - to the point of cracking a number of jokes. I know that isn't much to hang a hat on but, so much better than if the opposite was true and he was nervous and defensive.

3rd drill? Anyone else get wind of that or we talking about the 3rd hole. Drills still a bit of mystery.
