There were also some concerns about the enforcibility of the 4 year legacy clause whoch goes back to the original agreement if I am not mistaken. Well, CUU management thinks it's in place BUT as they pointed out the current legal system is a bit different and anythin is possible. However, to challange that clause would be a huge task so to them it's not an issue to worry too much about.
