Thanks again chops, tony and others who provided feedback from the AGM!

The feedback from the AGM is very positive. Management has basically provided all the info they can provide in an AGM. The AGM is not the proper forum to release significant info which they have not released to the public and I didn't expect any; all they can do is to update or clarify what has been released and they've done a great job.

Based on the feedback, nothing has changed and they are on course and on schedule to finish the FS by the end of summer; their intention to sell SC hasn't change; and the 120 day clock remains and they are eager to get it started; once the "liquidating event" takes place, we (or whoever has shares) will get a tax-friendly payout. Just about everything SH's want to hear!

Everything sounds great and there is no reason to doubt management is not being honest based on what they said. That's my impression from the feedback. JMO GLTA!
