The only surprise I had is that they are going to take more time to complete the FS. However, I think this may be a sound decision so they can accomplish several things. First, the extra time will allow them to vet the FS to make sure it is going to be air tight and not be challenged by others. Secondly, this gives them time to also finish the Mira report and drill several holes to confirm the correlation in mineralization of the district. By doing this little bit extra gives Teck more info. to base their decision and potentially gives us a bigger premium for the buyout. Smart move I would say on management's part.
