The back in only applies to SC and the adjacent properties (to be defined by lawyers) which Teck has first right of refusal; anything outside of that belongs to CUU and CUU can do whatever before the back-in. Of course, with the close relationship, I'm sure Teck will be asked first. But in theory, those properties can be spun off into CUU2 without Teck's approval. JMO
