I want to make this absolutely clear. You are making false implications that anyone in the company has divulged information to me let alone any other person here.

You may not suggest that they have done anything illegal whatsoever and try to attach that to my name.

You may not put words in my mouth so to speak. Insinuations such as the bolded comment below are completely false and will only serve to tarnish the reputations of good people.

" So instead of flip flopping back and forth and having people wonder which side of the fence you are on today, why didn't you just say you had a conversation with Elmer, didn't like the answers, and decided to sell? No big deal... "

I just got off the phone with Jason who is taking the heat over this. What I wrote about Jason saying they were working on something big is correct. What I did not write is that Jason did not divulge what that was. He could have meant anything ie SC. I put the USA land deal together with that statement and told you I was not happy about us shopping the USA. I have also written the same thing about Boxxer's holdings.

To make claims or insinuations that this is in any way Jason giving up information is an outright lie. At no time has Jason or anyone else connected to the project divulged information to me that would be illegal.

Any further use of his name for slanderous purposes will probably result in letters from lawyers. And, I will gladly back them up.

I suspect this also applies to Elmer but I have not spoken to him.

For the public record:

I have been told in no uncertain terms that my speculations are completely off base. While there are things like the HFT that may appear to be taking place there has been no conclusive evidence. I have written that this is the case. I do not have a smoking gun in someone's hand. Even if I did I would probably not report it. I still have shares in this.

Given the Jason was concerned enough to speak to me about the comments on this board and that I know him as a man of his word I am going to have to do an about face and return to the speculations I previously held. While I'm still not big on the USA I still want to profit from SC.

I intended to write a post on the other site explaining my conundrum. All the facts I've unearthed suggest this is a big winner and yet, the lack of communication and subsequent actions of the company suggests I am completely wrong. I wrote before, "Can I be that wrong".

Now I have Jason telling me I'd be an idiot to think they worked this hard on a huge project for nothing. They are 100% confident that everything is on track.
