North of 10 bucks? That of course would be amazing but it won't happen. Potential isn't something that is easily measurable. As was previously mentioned, the buyout will, by and large, be based on the NPV of the project with a bit of a premium for other lands, etc. Now whether we get full value for the NPV remains to be seen. I don't believe you get 100% of the NPV. I don't have comparables at the moment but that is what I have read. I am still thinking we see 3 - 4 bucks a share but would be ecstatic if it was 5. I don't know what I would do if it was 10 plus. Haha.
