A simple valuation can be done by taking the total eq and multiplying it by 6 cents.

Since our inferred is a smaller portion this will give an accurate number for the base case. Then add premiums for money owed, location, LOM cost of production, shipping facilities, acid generation, rainfall, over burden etc.
