Hey Todor and Mes.... Yes, CUU has had problems with timelines. Elmer was pretty clear about Tetra Tech wearing the last delay. CUU has taken the step to have Mr Gray ride shotgun over the TT process now.

Simply saying "I think the BFS will be delayed and it won't be good' needs to be supported with some rationale in light of the CUU measures to ensure BFS is robust and on time AND the BMO's negative 4cent Cu production cost.

Simply blurting out an un-substantiated opionon pretty much amounts to bashing. If you really think BFS will not be good, I don't suggest YOU holding CUU paper as it runs counter to your fears.
