good morning everyone-follow the money

in this past 10 months since sept/2011, the private placements from ernesto have totalled $21.6 million and the number of shares issued totalled 19.6 million approx with a matching number of warrants to be exercised within 12 months of the various pp's at a slightly higher issue price than those pp's. (that's another $23 million approx of additional potential funding)

if one also adds the conversion of debt to shares for another 1.3 million shares during the past year, that's a LOT OF COMMITMENT to cuu in these very uncertain economic times. why would ernesto commit this much $ if the end result wasn't a foregone conclusion? why does david continue to accumulate as well? would it be for only a one or two bagger?
