"Why not just raise 10 million at one go?"

EE prefers to do the PPs this way. Some of the financial types here should be able to figure out why, savings? Why spend more than is necessary? I am sure these PPs are not costing the company much in processing so no need to do big batches. What this shows me is that EE has a lot of liquidity to be able to come up with these PPs. Elmer, EE and Mike said they were happy with CUU finances, take it any way you like.
