That is not my understanding

If someone took our position, they would be the entity in charge of the Schaft Creek JV to be formed upon a back in by Teck...the position we now hold by agreement

An untenable position I would think for Teck and why I don't think there is much of a possibility that Teck will NOT buy us out, or pass completely
