You are correct, Elmer definitely made a statement to that effect.

BTW... I put a link to the AGM audio recording in the "Link Library" (on the left side of this screen) and it shows up under the "Presidents D.D" on the right side of this screen. We can change that back to a link to Vette's blog when the next big thing happens...
