Your guess is as good as anyone's. I think they want to get it done earlier then say, the last official day of summer.

My personally opinion is that it will be near the end of August. As per the pool, I am more optimistic on timing than others as I feel it will be August 20th. Why early do you ask? Well, it is a complete and utter guess!
