Just looking at the BXX June 2012 presentation again, where Pres. Elmer Stewart outlines the clear BXX exit strategy. I think it is largely the same for CUU (with the new land purchases).

p. 4 Exit Strategy

- explorer not a producer

- early exit by selling projects based on successful results

- potentially dividend a substantial portion of proceeds from sale(s) to shareholders
