We have the 120 days

We have the forced expenditures to be spent on building the mine

We have the 4 year clause forcing Schaft Creek to be in full commercial production (oh we haven't seen it, maybe we legaly can't right now. But if having Elmer admitting to it on a public webcast isn't enough, wait until we receive the indirect interest from Teck.)

But hey, we can all argue back and forth about this every day until THE DAY comes....then what !
