He was referring to operating mines. Deposits go by the pound. The premiums are the things we offer like labour, laws, enviro etc. They don't like moving targets. They don't like gov'ts who move the goal posts around at whim. We are in the number three spot globally for copper deposits! There's only 2 ahead of us.
