If our buyout price was really just a matter of sp + X%, what could stop management to buy like crazy and influence the outcome in such a powerful way? (besides blackout). Our float is so tight and manipulation could easily work both sides... does'nt make much sense to me to expect a premium on sp type of buyout. I mean, EE could make the SP fly with his pocket change right? Any thoughts?
