If there indeed is a "monster" that elmer is going for, there is no way he will sell us short at this stage. He might agree to some valuation for SC, but would do everything in his power to get to know what else he has on this property before putting a reccomendation forward to accept some sort of offer for the whole deal.

Glad he is at the helm. His patience will pay off for us. Now if the rest of us can just learn from him.....
