Thinking hard, can't think of any other JV that has a Sugar Daddy like us . We are unique in so many ways ...pounding the table for several months ... and at the same time we got one of the best mgmt. team around. Elmer's and EE all signals $$$$$ so all in all CUU and BXX are top plays for keeps !
