It's tough to be optimistic these days but history has shown us time and time again that commodities, and economies in general, run in cycles.

It's timing those cycles that can prove elusive. I'm hopeful that September brings a seasonal boost as well as possible U.S. stimulus.

If that occurs in addition to CUU dropping the BFS, then we could gap up in a big hurry.
