I've just thought about something in terms of a bidding war. Let's say Teck makes a reasonable offer - do they NR it and have us vote? I know they would for sale of the whole company, but if it's for just SC, do we get a say (not that i matters, but it grabs public attention and may elicit other offers regardless) or since it's just the sale of an asset - they can do so without informing us?

My assumption is: If it's for all of CUU, there will have to be a vote, and can be competing offers once made public. If it's for just SC, there doesn't have to be a vote (but there might be and we may not see any formal bidding wars (though, I agree that we may have some backdoor ones and I assume we already have).
