The big story in juniors for this past while has been lack of funding.
I think the benefit to our stock price of having an open purse with Ernesto far exceeds the benefit to him of a lower stock price. If he weren't with us ready to fund everything we might be in the position of some of these other juniors sitting at $.30 and not being able to move towards that liquidity event, and have to sell out early.
In terms of the buyout price, we are planning on hiring an outside firm to ensure that we get a fair offer. Although EE might be able to refuse what is considered a fair offer, I doubt he would be able to accept an unfair one.
