I am probably missing some important information regarding Avion Gold, but would someone be kind enough to explain why they were acquired for only 350 mil, especially when the market was giving the company a value of almost 1 billion a year ago? Same gold in the ground, what up with that.... other than the reasons we all know about? Thanks
