And I can't buy much into the accumulation theory because theres maybe only 25% of the issued shares in the float

So any accumulation would probably be at the retail level, and this board probably accounts for most of that

For whatever reason, and it can't just be late reports, we are a either a well or unknown quantity for the general market

I think most of that can be attributed to the remaning uncertainty of the Teck move

That imminent event has most traders frozen

Either stay long or don't get caught on the wrong side when the lightning strikes

I think one of the most puzzling things is why folks who are normally totally tuned in to these situations seem to be intentionally ignoring this one
