Apparently we will see the BFS before teck acts according to him.

But according to Elmer as per his webcast Teck can act at any time to back in or buyout. Since Teck is kept in the loop on all developements, Teck Engineers have all the info they need to make their decision before BFS is released to the public. Despite what Jason thinks will happen, imho I think Teck will make a move (buyout) before we see the BFS.
