Yes, that is my feeling. Teck has a huge advantage over other competitors if they act before BFS. No one knows the true value of this district except Teck and CUU management but once BFS comes out, along with Mira, Titans, and drill results everybody will know and a bidding war could ensue. I would think that Teck would like to keep this from happening. The only way they can do this is to keep a lid on info. and also act before the BFS is released. However, imho, I think Teck will have to offer us a fair value to take us out. Management and EE are not going to give this away cheap. So the countdown clock is ticking down and we are being nice to Teck for the time being...
