I was trying to get a difinative answer as to what was so special about the Mira...I was playing really dumb, yet I think Elmer read threw that.....basically ( I will try to quot Elmer....We incorperate the Titians and the Mira....we need to see if "WE" missed anything....We only have one shot at this and WE are going to do it right)

I told him , with putting 5 mines in order im sure you havn`t missed anything...yet with the Titains being sooooo late, it must be good and with Teck buying up all the land with-in a couple of days....the Titians must be mind blowing.

A couple of side notes....Elemer seems to be very fond of this blog or should I say of some of the people on this blog....He dosn`t read them but yet hears about them....so someone is informing him....he is also aware of most or all of the hub leaders and the value to CUU...so in a sence....the Titians have been talked about many times here on this blog. We all know what to expect... When I told Elmer they were mind blowing....he never denied it. JMHO
