If CUU can't pinpoint a completion date at this point in time then they are creating the illusion that they are in trouble

RabidTiger, with all due respect, I think you are overanalysing things. Cuu management have told us BFS is on time for completion several times in past NRs. They even have their own man working at TT to make sure things are being done properly. TT has had their reputation severely damaged by their last fiasco and they surely do not want it harmed again if they dropped the ball again.

IMHO, I think this time we can take their word the BFS will be done before the end of summer. My contention is we will probably not even see it by then. If you have real concerns about their stated deadline I suggest you give Elmer or Mike a call and have a friendly chat with them as I and many others here have done.
