A lot of people don't seem to understand the back in clause of 75%.

IF Teck backs in for 75%, they have 4 years...lets say 5 years and give them an extra year to get the mine into production. During that time, CUU does nothing but sit there and wait for it to get into production but still have their 25% in the mine.



The last junior mining company that command such involvement from a blue chip mining company would be Ivanhoe and Rio. The difference between that is Rio Tinto was able to get control. In SC case, CUU still holds control.

All this would just require a BFS from CUU and Teck has to make a decision in 120 days.


Oh yeah, did I say Teck has to spend 4x the expenditures of CUU on SC?
