Have never understood the logic of fishing for a few cents lower shares

Unless you are buying a huge number of shares, a couple cents probably works out to a few dollars more, but risks not getting the shares ahead of the "outside" event

In addition buying at market, for a few dollars more, stresses the frisbee throwers and may well drive the value of the shares you already own thru the artificial barriers and trigger a genuine move in price

Buy at market...scare the crap out of them
