I've been swamped at work today, so I haven't had any real time to do much digging on him. I know the press release shows him to have an interesting and positive background, but I wouldn't expect a news release about him being a director to state "hey he's a low-down do nothing kind of slouch." lol

I'm thinking from your response that you find this to be a positive addition, and I tend to like it when you find things to be positive :). As always, I would appreciate anything extra you could add about Denis?
