Let's assume everything is on time. How long do you guys think it will take for everything to play out entirely?

BFS - Anywhere from tomorrow to September 21st. Or we never see it as a possibility.

Backin - As soon as they see the BFS to 120 days later (January 2013 or so). Or they buy us out all at once.

Buyout the reaminder of SC & Properties - Anywhere from tomorrow to X amount of time after they backin. Outside of the fact that the longer they take, the more Teck has to pay for the remainder, they can technically wait a little while after backing in though this puts pressure on them in terms of outside bids and us proving up more value.

Voting for the sale of SC - I'm under the impression that even though EE has the final say, they still have to formally put this out to a vote if we should accept an offer and would take some time to organize and give time for people to vote. Not sure how long the logistics of this takes.

Counter offers from other companies - I don't see this as very likely if Teck puts in a good initial offer, especially with what they already have - but it's a distinct possibility. This could take several weeks to months depending on how it plays out.

The earliest I can see this being over would be some time in October, where as the latest I could see is possibly sometime (even without delays) is some time in the middle of next year. Am I over/underestimating or missing anything?

How do you guys see this wrapping up and under what timelines/timeframes?
