Message: Email to Copper Fox

As I mentioned before, I am planning on sending an email to Copper Fox since we did not hear any news this week. I have not sent the email yet because I wanted some time to review it. Feel free to let me know if anyone has any questions or comments. No, I won't tone it down.

"Dear Copper Fox,

I have been a long-time shareholder of Copper Fox. I believe the Schaft Creek property has phenomenal potential and I've been impressed with the steps management has taken to unlock the value (exploration programs, land purchases, port agreement, etc). However, I've become extremely frustrated with the repeated delays that we've experienced with the Feasibility Study. The "end of summer" is only one month away, will we really be seeing the Feasibility Study within that time frame? I'd like Management to take some steps to prove that this deadline will not be missed. Perhaps Copper Fox can indicate what week we will see the Feasibility Study? Or perhaps they can share some dates of key milestones? Even sharing some basic data from the Feasibility Study would lend credibility to the completion deadline. If the Feasibility Study truly is one month away, none of these requests should be very difficult.

During the last delay, we were notified March 19 that the March 31 deadline would not be met. We were notified of the previous delay December 12 regarding the December 31 deadline. I felt incredibly misled by Copper Fox management during these last two delays. I find it very difficult to believe that Management did not know of these delays sooner. My only request is that if the Feasibility Study is on time, take some steps to prove it. If we are once again delayed, I will feel completely betrayed if Copper Fox decides to wait until the last minute to notify shareholders.

Thanks for hearing my concerns,

RT"
