Well, in all fairness CUU has the obligation to maximize shareholder value and to satisfy their legal obligations, all else is just noise. I have yet to see fairness in any real business. All this speculation will change nothing, so if you value the business acumen of the CUU senior management you hold, if not sell and move on.
