This seems like very good news. It does seem like it can only lead to good news (I.E. We have an unofficial deal and just need to make it official). In conjunction with the PP not closing and us potentially no longer needing the money to spend to continue to prove it up seems very comforting.

I'm trying to think of a possible way this could be negative, can anyone conjure up a scenario where this isn't what we think it is? I don't want to be overly optimistic just yet as I'd rather be pleasantly surprised if this finishes earlier than I'm currently expecting.
